These Terms are the agreement between you and Gaurav Labs, a sole proprietorship based in Amritsar, Punjab, India ("we", "us"), which operates the Hairsona app, for your use of Hairsona. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. By downloading or using Hairsona, you agree to both.
1. What Hairsona is
Hairsona is an entertainment and visualization tool that uses AI to preview hairstyles and hair colors on a photo you provide. Results are AI-generated simulations for personal preview — they are not photographs, may not be accurate, and do not guarantee any real-world salon result. Hairsona is not affiliated with any salon or stylist.
2. Your photos and content
- You must have the right to use any photo you upload, and it should be of yourself or of someone who has agreed to it.
- Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, images of minors, or anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- You keep all rights to your photos and to the looks you generate. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process your photo and create your look, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your results.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated means, scripts, or bulk requests, or attempt to bypass the free-usage limits or app-integrity checks;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or our services;
- use Hairsona to create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or harassing depictions of real people, or to impersonate anyone;
- use the app in violation of any applicable law.
4. Free looks and Premium subscriptions
Your first look is always free. After that, you get one free look each day, which you unlock by watching a short rewarded video. Hairsona Premium removes the daily limit and the ads — unlimited looks, plus HD, watermark-free saves — as an optional, auto-renewing subscription:

| Managing / canceling | Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. |
| Free trials | If a plan offers a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase that subscription. |
| Refunds | Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; refunds follow their respective policies. |
5. AI content and accuracy
Looks are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or visual artifacts. Use your own judgment before making real-world decisions based on a preview. You are responsible for how you use the images you create.
6. Intellectual property
The Hairsona app, its name, design, and content (other than your photos and the looks you generate) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers
Hairsona is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hairsona and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount).
9. Termination
You may stop using Hairsona at any time. We may suspend or limit access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use of Hairsona after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
